- Genuine wood veneer on ¾-inch MDF-core panels with precision mitered joints. Five finished faces—front, top, bottom and ends—with an open back for concealed mounting.

- Width 36–96, depth 6–12 and height 5–10, each in 1-inch steps.
- Finish
- Select an unfinished/stain-ready or offered factory-applied Rubio finish from the choices for this product. Finish availability varies by species. Unfinished wood needs your chosen finishing process before use; factory-finished wood arrives with the selected treatment. Natural grain and color vary.
- What’s included
- One assembled mantel with the selected finish and concealed mounting system. The installer must select site fasteners appropriate to the wall substrate and anchorage.
- Price & delivery
- The selected size, finish and options determine the displayed product price. Shipping is additional. The current standard production estimate is approximately one week after the finalized order is accepted; custom work or larger quantities can take longer. Transit time is additional. Product questions
How much clearance does my fireplace need?
This is a combustible decorative mantel. Required clearances depend on the fireplace, its listing and installation instructions, the mantel projection and applicable project requirements. Confirm the fireplace manufacturer’s requirements before selecting the size and mounting position. There is no single clearance that applies to every fireplace.
How much weight can it support?
Capacity depends on the finished dimensions, wall structure, fasteners, anchorage and how the load is distributed. Drywall alone is not structural support. Share the intended load and wall construction so the installation can be assessed; do not assume a universal weight rating. See load capacity and installation guidance.
How should I care for the finish?
Use indoors in dry conditions. Dust with a soft cloth; when needed, wipe gently with a lightly damp cloth and dry promptly. Avoid standing water, steam, abrasives and harsh solvents. Protect the surface beneath planters and other damp objects. For a field-applied finish, follow the finish manufacturer’s care instructions.

Construction: Factory assembled from 3/4-inch genuine Walnut wood veneer on MDF-core panels, with precision miter joints, five finished faces and an open back for concealed wood-cleat mounting. Panel thickness is separate from the finished mantel height. This is an engineered hollow mantel, not a solid-lumber beam.
Dimensions: Width 36–96 inches, depth 6–12 inches and height 5–10 inches, in 1-inch increments. A concealed mounting system is included; site fasteners depend on the wall substrate.

Factory assembled from 3/4-inch MDF using CNC-machined precision miter joints. The beam uses five finished panels with an open back for concealed mounting access. Internal reinforcement is added as required by the selected dimensions. A concealed mounting system is included; wall fasteners must be selected for the actual substrate and site conditions.

Installation must comply with the fireplace manufacturer's instructions, applicable building and fire codes, and the actual fireplace, wall, and projection conditions.
