Trade & Professional Projects

Built to Support the Trade

Gentry Stinson works with installers, general contractors, remodelers, interior designers, builders and other trade professionals who need dependable products, clear specifications and responsive project support.

Whether you are coordinating an installation, managing a remodel, specifying products for a client or trying to keep a project moving on schedule, we can help with the pieces that need to arrive correctly, fit the plan and be ready for the field. Our role is to make that part of the job easier.

Support for the People Running the Job

Installers and contractors need more than a finished product. They need predictable dimensions, practical mounting, clear finish information, protective packaging and realistic lead times. Designers need products that can be specified confidently and coordinated with the rest of the project.

We can support standard and project-specific requirements for floating shelves, fireplace mantels, display pedestals, wall-mounted furniture, selected cabinetry components, wood hood covers and other fabricated architectural pieces that fit our manufacturing capabilities.

If you already have drawings and dimensions, send them. If the project is still being developed, send what you have and we can help identify what is needed to quote and produce the work correctly.

Trade Pricing & Quantity Discounts

Approved trade customers can receive project-specific pricing, quantity discounts and repeat-order pricing when the scope supports it. Pricing is based on quantities, finish requirements, customization, packaging and production demands.

Standard products can still be ordered directly through our online configurators, but larger quantities, recurring requirements and project-specific work should be sent to us for review. In many cases, a trade quote will be more appropriate than ordering each item individually at standard ecommerce pricing.

Field & Project Coordination

We can review dimensions, drawings, mounting conditions, quantities, material selections, finish requirements, packaging needs and delivery constraints before production. The goal is to resolve questions before they become installation problems.

Send PDFs, sketches, cut sheets, elevations, field dimensions, finish references or other project information available to you. We will identify anything else needed to move the work forward.

Standard Products When You Need Speed

Our standard online product programs are useful when the dimensions and finishes already fit the job. Floating shelves, mantels, pedestals and selected wall-mounted furniture can be configured online without waiting for a custom quote.

When the job falls outside those standard parameters, contact us before compromising the design. We can review whether the size, material, finish or configuration can be handled as project work.

Help With Overflow & Specialty Components

For cabinet companies and millwork shops, we can also serve as a supplemental production resource for specialty components or overflow work that does not fit efficiently into your current schedule. That support is available when useful, but it is only one part of the broader trade program.

For repeat work, established specifications can make future quoting and production more efficient and consistent.

Made for Real-World Installation

We understand that the product ultimately has to work in the field. Mounting has to make sense. Dimensions have to be repeatable. Finishes have to be communicated clearly. Packaging has to protect the work until it reaches the jobsite.

That practical coordination is central to how we support installers, contractors and designers. You should know what is being produced, what information is required, and what to expect when the product arrives.

Start With the Project

Tell us what you are installing, building or specifying, where you need support, and what the schedule looks like. Include product type, dimensions, quantities, material or finish requirements and any drawings or specifications you already have.

If the work fits our production capabilities, we will tell you the most practical way to proceed—standard online ordering, trade quantity pricing, or a separate project quote.

Some of the most important details in a custom home are the ones you notice up close. For this local builder’s order, the detail is the direction of the wood grain.

Our standard wood shelves have grain running left to right along the shelf’s length. These shelves were made with a custom waterfall grain orientation, carrying the grain across the surface and over the front edge rather than the side edges. Watch the close-ups to see how that change in direction shapes the character of the finished piece.

Filmed in our Phoenix shop, these are actual production shelves being made for a custom home. The footage brings you close to the material and the front-edge detail while the order is still on the shop floor.

That is where custom work begins: with a particular project and the details that make it its own. Here, a change in grain direction gives a familiar architectural element a different expression.
