Legal Notice — Online Product Sales and Contracted Projects
GentryStinson.com is operated by Gentry Stinson LLC. We sell products online and separately provide cabinetry, millwork and installation services under project-specific agreements.
Scope of Online Policies
Our Five-Year Limited Online Product Warranty, 90-day limited electrical-component coverage, and published online order-change, cancellation, return and refund terms apply only when all three of the following conditions are met:

The product was purchased through our online store.

The product is not installed by Gentry Stinson or anyone acting on our behalf.

The purchase is not covered by a separate master agreement or project contract.
Eligible purchases remain subject to the coverage requirements, exclusions, deadlines and other conditions stated in the applicable online policies. A warranty claim does not create a general right to return a configured or made-to-order product.
Kitchens, Bathrooms and Other Contracted Work
The online-product policies do not govern kitchen or bathroom projects, installed cabinetry, closets, built-ins, installation services or similar contracted work. Warranty coverage, payment obligations, changes, cancellations, returns and remedies for those projects are governed by the applicable written project contract or master agreement and applicable law.
Placing an order, paying an invoice or making a deposit online does not convert a contracted project into an online product sale. A reference to our website in project correspondence does not, by itself, incorporate the online-product policies into a separate agreement.
Installation by Others
An otherwise eligible online product may be installed by the purchaser or an independently retained installer. Such installation does not by itself eliminate product warranty coverage; the warranty’s exclusions for damage caused by improper installation, misuse or unsuitable site conditions still apply.
Existing Agreements and Legal Rights
This notice does not amend an existing agreement, retroactively withdraw coverage promised at the time of purchase, or exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Exclusion from the online-product policies does not mean that contracted work is provided without warranty or other legal protection.
