Protective Packaging & Foam-in-Bag
Shelves, pedestals and finished millwork are packed to protect corners, edges and finished surfaces during transit. Where appropriate, SEALED AIR® brand Instapak® foam-in-bag packaging provides fitted cushioning inside right-sized corrugated cartons.
Efficient Protective Packaging
- Right-sized cartons: Telescoping corrugated packaging accommodates long products without unnecessary empty space.
- Targeted cushioning: Support is placed where the product needs it rather than filling every void.
- Factory packing: Packaging is matched to each product’s dimensions and finish.
- Ongoing review: Shipping-damage feedback is used to refine protection and packing methods.
Reuse, Recycling & Disposal
- Cardboard: Separate other materials and recycle the carton where your local program accepts it.
- Foam cushions: Keep clean, dry cushions for reuse in packing, storage or protecting fragile items when practical.
- Curbside recycling: Do not include foam-in-bag material unless your provider specifically accepts it. Foam and outer film may require different handling.
- Other options: Local reuse, specialty recycling and return-program requirements vary. Contact us for current guidance before sending packaging to a return location.
Damage or Packaging Questions?
Keep the packaging until you have inspected your order. If it arrives damaged, retain the carton and cushioning and email support@gentrystinson.com with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
See the Shipping & FOB Phoenix Pricing Policy for reporting requirements. Manufacturing-defect coverage is separate from shipping damage; see the 5-Year Limited Online Product Warranty.
